What to do when the New Mexico Rail Runner drops you off 3 hours before your Rio Metro bus picks you up, at a junction with a freeway?
Beautiful. I used to find tea infusers a bit creepy. Something to do with a fear of metal objects tainting the purity of the ceramic mug. However this item would bring me joy to see bobbing in my tea. (via Wish List: Good-Looking Gifts for the Design Nerd.)
I wrote about this classic promo about the making of Blade Runner before but it got pulled from vimeo. I found this article with a new youtube link, so lets see if it stays up!
Edit: Damn, it got pulled. Anyone know if this can be viewed anywhere else, pls post in the comments.
Great little featurette about Blade Runner. Used as promo material for conventions at the time, the art direction and concepts for the film are discussed in the actual studio lot that was created for the street scenes. Includes Ridley Scott quite awkwardly reading from an ill placed auto cue, some fabulous tight 80’s knitware and a glimpse of the youthful and delectable Harrison Ford behind the scenes.
